Gift and Flower Shops at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital provide a wide variety of amenities for the convenience of patients, their families and guests - from flowers to toiletries, from newspapers to cards and stationary, from snacks to balloons and gifts - most can be found on Hospital grounds.
Safety Notice: only mylar balloons are allowed in patient rooms. Latex balloons are prohibited from the hospital. For the protection of patients, certain patients can not have fresh flowers in their rooms. Please check with the patient's nurse.

Pay Phones are located in the main entrance Reception area and on many floors, usually near the elevators.
TDD (telephone device for the hearing impaired) are available by request.
In-house phones are located in the main entrance Reception area, in the Admitting Office and on every floor.
Restrooms

Public restrooms are located on each floor, usually near the elevators. Many have changing areas for infants.
